Custom starts in the builder.
Most custom work begins in the ring builder. Start with a setting or start with a diamond. For fully bespoke pieces (heirloom resets, one-of-one designs, unusual stones), send a brief and a specialist will reply within one business day.

Two to three rendered concepts within a week, with metals, stones, and starting price quoted up front. You pick a direction; small revisions are included.
- No. 03

Final CAD render plus the all-in price, lead time, and any stone-grading notes. Nothing goes into production until you sign off in writing.

Quoted per pieceThe three questions every brief opens with.
What does a custom piece cost?
Custom pricing starts around $2,800 for an heirloom reset and $4,500 for a built-from-scratch engagement ring. The sketch round includes a written quote with the all-in price; nothing is hidden and there is no markup on top of the approved figure.
How long does it take?
Most commissions run four to eight weeks from the approved sketch. Heirloom resets are usually faster (three to five weeks). Holiday timing tightens this; ask for a current lead time when you send the brief.
Can I use a stone I already own?
Yes. Heirloom stones, inherited diamonds, and family colored stones can all be reset. We pre-evaluate the stone with photos before quoting, and document its condition in writing before any work begins. The stone stays insured throughout production.
Do you make pieces that are not rings?
Yes. Pendants, earrings, bracelets, and men's pieces (signets, cufflinks, sculptural bands) are all in scope. The process is the same as rings: brief, sketch, approve, make.
