First resize on us.

Within twelve months of delivery, Luxe Gems resizes any ordinary band at no cost. This covers most engagement rings, wedding bands, and signet rings purchased through us. Sized up or down within four half-sizes of the original.

Resize fees outside the first-year window depend on the metal and band style:

• 14k or 18k yellow gold: $75 to $95
• 14k or 18k white gold (includes rhodium re-plate): $95 to $125
• Platinum (denser, more shop time): $125 to $150
• Two-tone or mixed-metal: quoted on inspection

You receive a written quote before any work begins. If the inspection turns up loose stones or worn prongs, we flag it and you decide whether to add that work to the ticket.

Eternity bands, full-pavé rings, and channel-set bands cannot be resized structurally because the stones run the full circumference. Those pieces are remade in the new size and quoted separately. Half-bezel and east-west settings are usually fine, but we confirm on inspection.

1. Write hello@luxegemsco.com with your order number and the new size. If you do not know the size, request a free printable sizer first.
2. We issue a prepaid, signature-required, insured FedEx return label. Ship the piece in its original packaging if you still have it.
3. Resize, polish, and final inspection take 7 to 10 business days. We ship back insured at no cost.
