We do not ship to unattended locations or freight forwarders.

We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

We cannot ship to countries restricted by OFAC sanctions. If your address is in a sanctioned region, checkout is blocked before payment.

Why DDU? Because duties are set by your country, not us. Marking them up would be dishonest. A $2,000 piece landing in the UK typically incurs £320 to £440 in VAT and duty, calculated and collected by your courier at delivery. You will get the final figure on the arrival notice.

Every natural diamond we ship is Kimberley-Process compliant. A Statement of Warranty is included with the shipping paperwork.

A tracking number is emailed when the package is scanned in. FedEx will hold the package at your request for up to five business days.

If the package is lost in transit, we are on the phone with FedEx the same day and will reship once they locate or declare the package. If it arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and write hello@luxegemsco.com within 48 hours.
