Plainly stated.

When you place an order, we commit to making it, finishing it, and shipping it insured. We accept that order when the piece is ready to ship. If something cannot be fulfilled, we refund in full within five business days, no questions.

All prices are shown in US dollars and include the finishing fee. Tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address. If a price is obviously wrong (a typo), we will contact you before charging. You are free to accept the corrected price or cancel.

Most rings are made to your specs. Because they are personal, custom and made-to-order pieces are not returnable unless there is a defect or we made a mistake. See Returns.

• Lifetime warranty on Luxe Gems craftsmanship.
• First resize within one year: free.
• Normal wear (polish, rhodium re-plating): quoted at cost.
• Damage or loss: not covered. Insure with Jewelers Mutual.

To the extent permitted by law, Luxe Gems's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific piece at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by Washington state law. Disputes go to King County, Washington.

If these terms change, we will post the new version here with an updated date at the top. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
